Order of cancellation for individual persons:

At cancellation of reservation by individual tourists we send back the sum for the first night of living, if the number  of days before arrival doesn’t more than:

  1. -         7 days in the low season,
  2. -         10 days in themiddle season,
  3. -         15 days in the season of “White nights”.

Check out is earlier of indicated date.

In case when the  tourist check out from the hostel earlier of indicated date, we stop the value  of the current day plus the value of the next day of living.

 

 

Order of cancellation of reservation for group of tourists (from 8 persons):

 At cancellation of reservation by groups of tourists (from 8 persons) , we send back a sum for the first night of living , if the number of days before arrival don’t more than:

-10 days in the low season,

-20 days in the middle season,

-30 days in the season of “White nights”.

Check out is earlier of indicated date.

 

In case when the groups of tourists (from 8 persons) check out from the hostel earlier of indicated date, we stop the value  of the current day plus the value of the next day of living.
